Over several days, this circular journey — starting and ending in Porto — combines exceptional wines, historic cities and some of the most impressive mountain ranges in Portugal and Spain.

The adventure begins towards the Douro Valley, one of the oldest and most iconic wine regions in the world. Between terraced slopes, endless vineyards and panoramic roads, the Douro becomes even more special with the roof down. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit renowned wineries and taste some of the finest Portuguese wines.

Next, we cross the border towards Salamanca, a university city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, where golden architecture and the majestic Plaza Mayor create an unforgettable setting. The route continues to Ávila, famous for its perfectly preserved medieval walls, which seem to guard centuries of history and tradition.

The journey then follows through the impressive Sierra de Gredos, one of the highlights of the tour. Mountain roads, deep valleys and breathtaking horizons make this crossing ideal for a convertible: total freedom, grand landscapes and a truly memorable driving experience.

The descent brings us to Plasencia, a charming city full of history and excellent gastronomy — the perfect place to regain energy and enjoy the local atmosphere.

Back in Portugal, we reach the majestic Serra da Estrela, the highest point in mainland Portugal. Legendary roads, glacial lakes and panoramic viewpoints bring this route to a grand conclusion.

On the final day, we return to Porto with the feeling of having lived a unique experience: wines, castles, culture, history and some of the most beautiful roads of the Peninsula — all enjoyed with the sky as your ceiling.
